Title: Migratory Bird Management; Managing Resident Canada Goose Populations | |
Abstract:
Resident Canada geese are present in all of the lower 48 States and the District of Columbia. Conflicts and damages caused by these geese have been reported by entities such as municipalities, businesses, parks, golf courses, airports, and/or agricultural facilities in most or all States. This proposed rule would facilitate local control of goose numbers and thereby help address goose-related problems. |
