Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Coastal Marten  
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the coastal marten (Martes caurina humboldtensis) under the Endangered Species Act. This mammal species is found in California and Oregon. We will also, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for this species under the Endangered Species Act.
