Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Texas Hornshell 
Abstract:

We will, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Texas hornshell, a freshwater mussel species, under the Endangered Species Act. This species is found in New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico. We have developed a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB34).
