Title: ●Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area; Removal of Outdated Regulations | |
Abstract:
As part of the Department’s regulatory reform initiative, the NPS has identified special regulations for the park that are no longer necessary and should be removed. These include regulations about snowmobiles, rock climbing, powerless flight, and commercial vehicles. This rule will reduce the potential for confusion by the public about what activities are allowed within the park by removing regulations that are no longer applicable in the park or enforced by the NPS. |
