Title: Tribal Transportation Program; Delay of Compliance Date 
Abstract:

Regulations finalized in 2016 governing the Tribal Transportation Program included a section that required Tribes to collect data to add proposed roads to the National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory (NTTFI) by November 7, 2017.  This rule would delay that compliance date to allow BIA time to reexamine the requirements and consult with Tribes on whether the data is necessary.
