Title: Balanced System for Measuring Organizational and Employee Performance Within the Internal Revenue Service 
Abstract:

This document contains proposed regulations relating to the IRS balanced system for measuring organizational and employee performance within the IRS. The temporary regulations prospectively amend the existing final regulations in 26 CFR part 801 to allow the collection of information measuring employee satisfaction at a higher organizational level than the current provision permits.
