Title: Higher Volume Port Area--State of Washington 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would revise the definition in 33 CFR 155.1020 of the higher volume port area in the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound, Washington, to conform to Public Law 114-120, 130 Stat. 27, section 316, which moved the boundary west from Port Angeles to Cape Flattery.
