Title: ●TWIC Reader Requirements; Delay of Effective Date 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would partially delay the effective date for the final rule entitled "Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Reader Requirements," published in the Federal Register on August 23, 2016. The current effective date for the final rule is August 23, 2018, and this proposed rule would delay the effective date for certain facilities or vessels that carry or handle certain dangerous cargoes (CDCs) in bulk.
