In this deregulatory action, the Federal Emergency Management Agency proposes to revise its regulations by removing a pilot inspection program which applied to Monroe County, FL, because this program is no longer in effect. This deregulatory action is being undertaken pursuant to Executive Order 13771, "Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs." |
