Abstract:
FEMA is removing its Public Assistance Dispute Resolution Pilot Program regulation, as this program sunset on December 31, 2015. The program allowed applicants to choose arbitration under the Public Assistance Program instead of a second appeal. FEMA did not receive any requests for arbitration pursuant to this regulation. |
