Title: LEA and School Improvement | |
Abstract:
The Department will rescind the LEA and School Improvement sections of the title I regulations that detail the requirements for schools identified for improvement under the No Child Left Behind Act by the State’s accountability system. We are taking this deregulatory action because these regulations have been superseded by the Every Student Succeeds Act. |
