Abstract:

The Department will rescind 200.81(d), 200.81(h) (Migrant Education Program superseded definitions); and 200.89(a) (Allocation of funds under MEP for FY 2006 and subsequent years).  We are taking this deregulatory action because these regulations have been superseded by the Every Student Succeeds Act.
