Abstract:

In compliance with the Ceiling Fan Energy Conservation Harmonization Act, the Department of Energy is amending the compliance date of the energy conservation standards established for ceiling fan light kits in the final rule issued on January 6, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 580) to align with the compliance date for the amended energy conservation standards for ceiling fans (82 FR 6826, Jan. 19, 2017).
