Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Manufacture of Amino/Phenolic Resins
Abstract:

The EPA promulgated amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Manufacture of Amino/Phenolic Resins on October 8, 2014. The Sierra Club, Georgia-Pacific, and Tembec BTLSR filed petitions for reconsideration. On March 27, 2015, the EPA granted reconsideration of this rule on issues related to the emission standards for continuous process vents and pressure relief devices (PRDs). On August 24, 2017, the EPA proposed amendments to the NESHAP addressing the issues concerning continuous process vents that were raised in the petitions, and planned routine maintenance at fixed roof storage tanks that use emission control systems to control vents. This Federal Register notice will take final action on the EPA’s proposal.
