Title: Remaining Requirements for Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) Electronic Reporting Requirements | |
Abstract:
This action extends the submission of portable document format (PDF) versions of reports in lieu of submissions via the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI) for another year. This action reduces regulatory burden for electric utility steam generating unit owners or operators because the PDF reporting extension eliminates reporting their data via two separate electronic systems, while the current electronic monitoring system is reprogrammed to accommodate this data. |
