Title: State Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From Existing Electric Utility Generating Units 
Abstract:

On April 4, 2017, the EPA announced it is reviewing the Clean Power Plan, found at 40 CFR part 60, subpart UUUU via Executive Order 13771. In a separate action, the Clean Power Plan's repeal has been proposed, while this action proposes a new set of regulations to replace the Clean Power Plan. The EPA has solicited input on the replacement through an advanced notice of proposed rule making (ANPRM) published on December 28, 2017.
