Abstract: This rule would allow certain military drivers to apply for State CDLs without taking and passing the general knowledge test, if they have successfully completed an approved military training program, which would reduce regulatory burdens on these eligible veterans. This rulemaking implements part of section 5401 of the FAST Act. | |
