DOT/MARAD RIN: 2133-AB91 Publication ID: Spring 2018
Title: Requirements for Vessels of 100 Feet or Greater in Registered Length to Obtain a Fishery Endorsement to the Vessel's Documentation
Abstract:

Through this rulemaking, MARAD is asking whether accepting other statements of citizenship would reduce costs and/or administrative burdens placed on program participants currently filing Affidavits of Citizenship on an annual basis. We believe that the filing of an alternative statement to the Affidavit of Citizenship may reduce the administrative burden and costs associated with filing annually.
