Title: ●Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 -- Over-Income Public Housing Tenants (FR-6094) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule fully implements the provisions in section 103 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) that place income restrictions on the residents of public housing. This rulemaking would codify the procedures for PHAs to notify tenants of their over-income status and would propose regulations that detail how a PHA is to treat over-income families after the 2-year grace period has ended.
