Abstract:

The General Services Administration is proposing to amend the rule to clarify nomenclature, reflect current best practices for managing environmental and safety issues in Federal space, reflect current laws and the regulations of other agencies that apply to the subject matter, and reorganize the subparts in a more logical order for better readability and clarity.
