Title: Establishment of NEA FOIA Regulations | |
Abstract:
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) proposes to establish its own Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations, which will be located in 45 CFR chapter XI. Through a separate regulatory action, the NEA will remove any reference to itself from the joint FOIA regulations that it shares with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The joint regulations are located at 45 CFR part 1100. |
