Abstract:

The Commission proposed amendments to its regulations under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  The rule proposes revisions to the Commission's regulations under FOIA to (1) reflect changes required by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016; and (2) clarify, update, and streamline the language of several procedural provisions.
