Title: ●Rules of Procedure Governing Cases Before the Office of Hearings and Appeals | |
Abstract:
SBA is proposing to revise the rules of practice before the Office of Hearings and Appeals for various types of appeals. Areas to be addressed include NAICS and size appeals, protective orders, rules for filings, and motions practice. The proposed revisions will clarify the appeals process and make the rules easier for lay people to use, which is especially important for veterans who will now have three different types of appeals available to file with OHA. |
