Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2017-001, Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring Federal Government contractors to ensure that employees on those contracts can earn up to seven days or more of paid sick leave annually, including paid sick leave for family care. This rule implements the objective of Executive Order 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors and Department of Labor’s final rule (81 FR 91627).
