Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 1634 of the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2018 to prohibit any department, agency, organization, or other element of the Federal government from using products and services developed or provided by Kaspersky Lab or any entity of which Kaspersky Lab has majority ownership.
