Title: ●Installation Entry Policy, Civil Disturbance Intervention and Disaster Assistance. 
Abstract:

This final rule will amend the regulation at 32 CFR part 809a by removing Subpart B, "Civil Disturbance Intervention and Disaster Assistance."  This subpart contains internal guidance for use of Air Force resources and personnel in controlling civil disturbances and in supporting disaster relief operations.  DoD Directive 3025.18, "Defense Support of Civil Authorities," establishes policy for the execution and oversight of Defense Support of Civil Authorities for DoD.
