Abstract:
This final rule will remove 32 CFR part 884 because it contains internal procedures and commander responsibilities regarding the delivery of Air Force personnel accused of a crime to civilian authorities. This guidance will continue to be maintained in Air Force Instruction 51-1001, "Delivery of Personnel to United States Civilian Authorities For Trial." |
