Title: Indexing, Public Inspection, and Federal Register Publication of Department of the Navy Directives and Other Documents Affecting the Public 
Abstract:

This final rule amends 32 CFR part 701 by removing subpart E which is entirely internal to the Department of the Navy (DON). 32 CFR part 701 contains both the DON Privacy and Freedom of Information Act regulations, as well subpart E, which delineates DON responsibilities regarding "Indexing, Public Inspection, and Federal Register Publication of Department of the Navy Directives and Other Documents Affecting the Public." These internal procedures will continue to be available at https://doni.documentservices.dla.mil/default.aspx.
