Abstract:

This final rule will remove 33 CFR part 220 because it contains internal guidance for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Corps of Engineers now uses ER-1110-2-240 for dam and lake project design criteria. It is available online at https://www.publications.usace.army.mil/Portals/76/Publications/EngineerRegulations/ER_1110-2-240.pdf.
