Title: ●Repeal of DFARS Clause "Tariff Information" (DFARS CASE 2018–D044)  
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to remove the clause at DFARS 252.239-7006, Tariff Information, because all tariff and non-tariff documents are required to be electronically published; therefore, this information no longer needs to be directly provided by contractors and this clause is no longer necessary. The repeal of this DFARS clause supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
