Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 2804 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019. Section 2804 removes the dollar limit on small business set-asides of contracts for architectural and engineering services and for construction design, in connection with military construction projects and military family housing projects.
