Abstract:

This part establishes policy for the development and implementation, jointly with each State, of procedures for persons to apply to register to vote at recruitment offices of the Armed Forces, pursuant to section 1973gg of title 42, United States Code. The Department will propose to finalize the provisions of the interim final rule, and make administrative edits which will remove content internal to the Department.
