Abstract:
This rulemaking proposes to add a provision to allow the de-certification of B Readers who fail to comply with the standards in 42 CFR part 37 and/or code of ethics. The rulemaking also proposes to amend existing regulatory text to allow the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to compensate pathologists who perform autopsies on coal miners, at a contemporary rate, on a discretionary basis as needed for public health purposes. |
