Title: Regulatory Provisions to Promote Program Efficiency, Transparency, and Burden Reduction (CMS-3346-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule reforms Medicare and Medicaid regulations that are unnecessary, obsolete, or excessively burdensome on healthcare providers and suppliers. This rule increases the ability of healthcare professionals to devote resources to improving patient care by eliminating or reducing requirements that impede quality patient care or that divert resources away from furnishing high quality patient care.
