Abstract:

To support this Administration’s goals of interoperability, as well as the vision of the 21st Century Cures Act and E.O. 13813, this rule proposes policy changes to move the health care industry toward a more accessible and interoperable health care ecosystem. Also, this rule signals our dedication to solving a significant and persistent issue in the health care marketplace.
