Title: Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidy Redetermination 
Abstract:

We propose to revise 418.3123(b) and 418.3123(d), to make our regulatory time frames general to ensure that beneficiaries would receive ample time to return their completed low-income subsidy redetermination form and the Agency would have enough time to process the returned forms and take appropriate administrative action.
