We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the trispot darter as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. This fish species is found in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. If appropriate, provisions under section 4(d) of the ESA (RIN 1018-BD43) and a critical habitat designation (RIN 1018-BF40) will be addressed through separate rulemaking actions.
