Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Barren's Topminnow 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Barren’s topminnow as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This fish species is found in Tennessee. We will also, if prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the Barren’s topminnow under the ESA.
