Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Hermes Copper Butterfly 
Abstract:

We will make a listing determination for the Hermes copper butterfly under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This butterfly is found in California and is currently a candidate for listing under the ESA. We will also, if prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Hermes copper butterfly under the ESA.
