Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Running Buffalo Clover 
Abstract:

Based on the latest 5-year review for running buffalo clover, which recommended downlisting, we are reassessing the listing status of this species. Our proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication, which means that we may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine that no change in status is warranted. This plant is found in Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
