Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Section 4(d) Rule for the Trispot Darter
Abstract:

On October 4, 2017, we published a proposed rule to list the trispot darter as a threatened species. At that time, we indicated we would consider whether to subsequently propose a 4(d) rule. This fish species is found in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. As separate rulemaking actions, we are developing a listing determination (RIN 1018-BC16) and considering a critical habitat designation (RIN 1018-BD40).
