Title: ●Migratory Bird Management; Managing Resident Canada Geese at Agricultural Facilities
Abstract:

Resident Canada geese are present in all of the lower 48 States and the District of Columbia.  This rule would expand the time period for authorized take of resident Canada geese at agricultural facilities in the States of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. This rule would facilitate local control of goose numbers at agricultural facilities and thereby help address goose-related problems in those locations.
