Title: ●Tribal Transportation Program: Reporting Requirements for Proposed Transportation Facilities 
Abstract:

BIA maintains the National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory (NTTFI), which includes transportation facilitiesexisting and proposedon Indian reservations and within tribal communities and all public roads on tribal lands. This rule would delete or reduce the reporting requirements currently scheduled to take effect in 2019 for Tribes to provide information to BIA on proposed transportation facilities that are currently in the NTTFI.
