Title: Moral Exemptions and Accommodations for Coverage of Certain Preventive Services Under the Affordable Care Act | |
Abstract:
This document contains interim final regulations that will expand the exemption from requirements to provide coverage for contraceptive items and service for entities that object to providing such coverage. The exemption is expanded by means of two rulemaking documents, one for those who object to providing contraceptive coverage based on religious beliefs, and one for entities that object based on moral convictions. |
