Title: North American Free Trade Agreement Preference Override 
Abstract:

This rule proposes to amend the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations relating to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) country of origin Marking Rules to give effect to certain liberalized changes to the NAFTA preference rules of origin that have been agreed to by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
