Abstract:

The OCC plans to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking that would implement the Privacy Act’s rulemaking requirements and modernizes the OCC’s current Privacy Act procedures for individuals to request access to their personal information contained in OCC systems of record. The proposed rule also would allow the OCC to submit agency systems of record notices directly to the Federal Register for issuance, rather than submitting them through the Treasury.
