Title: ●Volcker Community Bank Relief and Removal of Name Restriction 
Abstract:

The OCC, FRB, FDIC, SEC, and CFTC plan to issue a rulemaking pursuant to section 203 of EGRRCPA, OCC-supervised institutions with total consolidated assets of $10 billion or less are not banking entities within the scope of section 13 of the Bank Holding Company Act (BHCA), if their trading assets and trading liabilities do not exceed 5 percent of their total consolidated assets, and they are not controlled by a company that has total consolidated assets over $10 billion or total trading assets and trading liabilities that exceed 5 percent of total consolidated assets.  In addition, section 204 of EGRRCPA revises the statutory provisions related to the naming of covered funds.
