Abstract:
The Coast Guard proposes to amend 46 CFR part 11 by increasing from 3 years to 7 years the window of time within which the attainment of 3 months of qualifying sea service aboard vessels of the uniformed services can be used toward satisfying the sea service recency requirement for a Merchant Mariner Credential officer endorsement. |
