Abstract: This rule amends the DHS regulations pertaining to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card Program to bring the regulations into conformity with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Cards Act of 2017 by removing the expiration date of the program.
