Title: Bilingual Vocational Materials, Methods, and Techniques Program  
Abstract:

The Department will rescind its regulations at 34 CFR 429.1 -- 429.4 (subpart A); 34 CFR 429.10 -- 429.11 (subpart B); 34 CFR 429.20 (subpart C); and 34 CFR 429.30 -- 429.31 (subpart D) related to the Bilingual Vocational Materials, Methods, and Techniques Program.  These actions are necessary because these program regulations are outdated and are not authorized under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006. The Department will reserve subparts A, B, C and D of 34 CFR 429.
